Swiss Diamond Hotel & Spa Morcote, Morcote

During my stay, I found this hotel to have exceptional rooms with a weird catch but an amazing experience overall. The service was outstanding, setting this hotel apart from others, although there were slight shortcomings. The location adds great value, although a bit far from the city center. The dining experience was absolutely delicious, but without a view. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, making for a pleasant stay.

Staying in a lake view room with no additional charge is the best way to fully appreciate this hotel, although the standard rooms across the road are small and a bit tired. The service is top-notch, with friendly and supportive staff who go the extra mile. The location near Lugano offers a nice setting, but it can be ruined by noisy evening entertainment. The dining experience is fabulous with a great variety of choices, but it comes at a price. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.

What a fantastic place! The hotel offers spacious, traditionally decorated rooms with comfortable beds and a luxurious bathroom that even transforms into a jacuzzi. However, the absence of tea and coffee making facilities was a downside. The service was top-notch – friendly and always ready to assist. The location is pristine, ideal for relaxation and exploring the surrounding area.

Staying at the hotel was a mix of good and not so good. The room, although large and traditionally decorated, had a horrible smell and felt a bit tired. On the bright side, it was one of the President suites with comfortable beds and a good-sized bathroom featuring an excellent bath that magically transformed into a jacuzzi.

The hotel rooms were luxuriously appointed, although the lack of tea and coffee making facilities was a downside. The internet service could be improved, but the swimming access was a nice addition.
